So it is two weeks out from the Excalibur that will be held in Culver City (Los Angeles) on December 3rd. Well, I suppose this IS the best time to get some photos. One of the toughest things about it is - you are starting to look your best but you are also feeling your WORST. Also, there are days you are insanely flat and days you look "great". As a matter of fact, there are minutes you look great and minutes you look bad... come to think of it, it changes all the time. Such a crazy, ego driven sport bodybuilding is!!!
The first shoot I did was at World Gym. Never the best lighting (unless you have an entire lighting system!) but we still got some good shots. I didn't have enough time to go through all of them, and I wanted to get something up on this blog while the getting was HOT! So here are a couple from the World Gym Shoot on Saturday night. Thank you to Rick and the crew at World gym for allowing this (Brad, Moose, Ed, Teddy and Bill)

The World Gym Shoot (by photographer Patty Roth) wasn't my best. My energy was low and I was still looking at 40 minutes of cardio to do for the day AFTER my shoot. Not to mention I had killed arms earlier and have been eating nothing but fish. However, the Camp Pendleton Shoot was absolutely AWESOME. We started the shoot around 10:30am - and I was pretty fresh energy wise. Also have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to ARES ARMO (Dimitri Karras, Michael Rogers, Ryan Visket, Aaron Russell, Justin Pak and Justin Norris) for being totally awesome and lending a couple guns (REAL GUNS) for this photoshoot to add to the immense awesomeness! Without further Ado.

I want to give a HUGE Special thanks to ALR Reps and Athletes Terry GQ Placker and Thomas Juice Box Welsh for being able to coordinate and set this up on Camp Pendleton. You guys are my boys, my clients and my brothers. Team Big Sexy Fitness charter members. Also, a SUPER huge thanks to my girl IFBB Pro Sabrina Taylor... mostly for putting up with my crap during prep but also helping out tremendiously during my photoshoots by offering advice and input that I probably wouldn't have come up with on my own.
There is one more person... hmm... who is it. OH YES! PATTY ROTH my client and photographer!!! It was her birthday today! I think she turned 39 I'm not sure though... might have to consult her on that one. She is in the very last picture wearing the blue jacket! Her husband Bill helped out on camera assist during the day - even though he has a Ph.D, he makes a great camera dude!
As always, I want to thank ALR Industries, Author and Laina for all of their continued support during my prep even considering my air-headedness as of late! Also my team (Damon, Tony, Sean, Joe, Terry/Thomas, BIG MO!, Vic, Kyle) and of course my tweeting-partner in crime Chef-Emy and the warehouse people BIG SHOUT TO LISA MICHELLE! Oh and Shipping guy.
Don't forget to follow on Twitter @ALRINDUSTRIES and @TheBigSexy200x for all the best news on ALR and pointless dribble from myself!
